Scope of Work
1. Obtain the underlying financial information (either financial statements or books of accounts) and relevant records maintained by the entity.
2. Identify the shareholders/owners of the entity based on such records and verify documentation evidencing the contribution made into the entity as capital.
3. Issue a certificate on the quantum of capital invested into the entity by such shareholders/promoters.
