Certifying the money infused by shareholders/promoters into an entity by way of equity or by any other form or manner. This certification might be required by various stake holders like banks etc.
1. Obtain the underlying financial information (either financial statements or books of accounts) and relevant records maintained by the entity. 2. Identify the shareholders/owners of the entity based on such records and verify documentation evidencing the contribution made into the entity as capital. 3. Issue a certificate on the quantum of capital invested into the entity by such shareholders/promoters.
