To simplify and fast track the procedure for incorporating companies in India, MCA introduced SPICe forms. SPICe forms are a single window clearance for the whole incorporation process which significantly reduces the time taken to start a company in India. An One Person Company, Private Company, Public Company, Producer Company, Nidhi Company could be formed by filing of SPICe form eMOA and eAOA. Incorporation services relating to all the above said companies typically covers DIN allotment, application for name reservation, incorporation, apart from preparation and filing of the eMOA and eAOA.
1. Obtain DSC for Directors. 2. Drafting of MOA & AOA (if there is non-resident shareholding) and preparation of other attachments for SPICe Form. 3. Preparation of SPICe Form for signature of proposed directors. 4. Certification of the Form and filing with ROC. 5. Obtaining TIN & PAN through SPICe Form itself.
1. To be submitted by the Directors: a. Scanned copy of PAN Card/ Voter's ID/ Passport/ Driver's License. b. Scanned copy of Utility bills - Latest Bank Statement/ Telephone or Mobile Bill/ Electricity or Gas Bill. c. Passport size photograph. d. Specimen signature (blank document with signature). 2. For the registered office: a. Scanned copy of Latest Bank Statement/ Telephone or Mobile Bill/ Electricity or Gas Bill. b. Scanned copy of Notarised Rental Agreement. c. Scanned copy of No-objection Certificate from property owner. d. Scanned copy of Sale Deed/Property Deed in English (in case of owned property). 3. For the Company: a. Draft MOA AOA. b. Affidavit and Declaration by subscribers and directors. c. If the proposed company name is a filed or registered trademark, NOC from the trademark owner. 4. For OPC: a. Consent of nominee. b. Proof of identity and residential address of the nominee.
