Scope of Work

Financial due diligence engagement can be divided into the three stages of project planning, project implementation and project completion. Project planning stage includes the following activities: 1. Initial preparative work 2. Compiling an investigative plan 3. Risk assessment procedures Implementation stage: 1. Analysis of sustainable operations of the entity 2. Study of Internal Controls of the entity 3. Analysing the Financial & Taxation related details and financial forecasts 4. Drawing conclusions from the above three including overall financial data of the entity, investigation of entity's specific financial condition and any special matters Completion Stage 1. Reporting of findings in a detailed report
