A class 2 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is usually valid only for 2 years and requires renewal at the expiry of the period. The DSC provider generally reminds the signatory 30 days in advance before the expiry. Steps may be taken for renewal for a further period of 2 years thereafter.
1. Filling up of the DSC application form and submission of the same to DSC provider along with the requisite fees. 2. Activation of the DSC upon receipt of confirmation from the service provider through SMS or email. 3. Role check for the same with MCA, EPF and IT website.
1. Passport size photograph. 2. Self attested copy of PAN -Mandatory. 3. In case of a foreign Director - self attested copy of Passport mandatory. 4. Self attested copy of an Address proof (not older than 3 months). The above documents also need to be notarized.
