Based on goals mapping & benchmarking identify existing vulnerabilities. 6. Recommend suitable remediations to the existing process or overhaul of the existing processes. 7. Such suggestions will be discussed with the stakeholders within the organisation and eventual agreed outcomes will be decided. 8. A detailed implementation plan including the schedule, target timelines will be drafted. 9. The plan will be put to action after obtaining the concurrence of the stakeholders of the organisation.

1. Q&A sessions with various stakeholders. 2. Existing SOP being followed by the organisation. 3. Testing to be carried out to evaluate how effectively such SOPs are being followed on a real time basis. 4. Based on the above initial understanding an action plan will be decided and additional data/information required, if any will be sought during the assignment on a need basis.
